Mrs. Sowmiya Ragunathan is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist and Special Educator with expertise in supporting children with diverse developmental, communication, behavioural, and learning needs. With professional experience across the USA, UK, and Dubai, she brings a global perspective and evidence-based approach to therapy and education.
Her expertise includes speech and language intervention, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), behavioural support, social communication, and functional skill development. She has also completed several internationally recognized certifications, including PROMPT, Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), Sensory Integration, Play Therapy, ABA, CBT, and AAC.
As Centre Head and Therapy Head, she leads multidisciplinary teams, mentors therapists and special educators, and oversees individualized intervention programs across all centres. She is committed to delivering high-quality, outcome-oriented services that empower every child to communicate, learn, and lead a more independent life.
